Privacy policy
The short version
This website is run by Content Group Squared LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company (“CG²”, “we”). It’s mostly an information site. The one form we run is our Start a Project form, and we use what you send through it only to reply to you and scope your project. There’s no advertising and there are no tracking or analytics cookies. We don’t sell personal information.
What we collect
If you email us or message us on Instagram, we receive what you choose to send (such as your name, email address, and message) and use it only to reply and to work with you.
Like almost every website, our hosting provider may automatically record basic technical information (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) in server logs, used for security and to keep the site running.
The Start a Project form
What it collects. Only what you type or choose: your name, email address, business name and website, your role, the kind of business and where you’re based, the services you’re interested in and your answers about the project, timing, an optional budget range, any links you share, how you heard about us, and how you’d like us to follow up (a phone number only if you pick phone). We also note which link brought you to the form (for example, the header button) and which sections of the form you saw. The form doesn’t set cookies.
Why. To reply to you, understand what you need, and put together a proposal. You tick a box to confirm we can contact you about the project. We don’t add you to a mailing list, and we don’t sell or share your answers for marketing.
Where it’s stored. Submissions are processed and stored by our website host, Netlify, Inc., which keeps them on our behalf and emails us a copy so we can reply. Netlify screens submissions for spam, which can involve automated checks of the submission and basic technical details such as IP address and browser type. See Netlify’s privacy policy.
How long we keep it. If we don’t end up working together, we delete your submission (from Netlify and our inbox) within 12 months. If we do work together, it becomes part of our project records and we keep it for as long as we work together and as long as we need it for our business records afterward.
Deleting it. You can ask us to see, correct, or delete what you sent at any time by emailing partnerships@contentgroupsquared.com from the address you used on the form (or tell us the business name you entered). We’ll delete it from Netlify and our inbox and confirm once it’s done.

Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct, or delete information you've sent us by emailing partnerships@contentgroupsquared.com.
