Who we are
This website is run by Content Group Squared LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company (“CG²”, “we”, “us”).
Information only
This site is for general information about our studio and our work. Nothing on it is an offer, a guarantee, or professional advice. Any services we provide are covered by a separate written agreement with the client.
Client work and trademarks
Client work shown for portfolio purposes. All trademarks belong to their respective owners. Showing a client's name or work doesn't mean that client endorses us or currently works with us.
Our own text, design, and the CG² name and logo belong to Content Group Squared LLC. Please don't copy them for commercial use without our permission.
Other websites
We link to other websites, such as Instagram and our own venture, The E.V.I.L. Project. Those sites have their own terms and policies. The E.V.I.L. Project's program rules are in its own Terms of Service.
No warranties
This website is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the extent the law allows. We try to keep it accurate, but we don't promise that it is complete, current, or error-free, or that it will always be available.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Content Group Squared LLC and its members are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss, arising from your use of (or inability to use) this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
